Refund policy
To request a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to dinastydenim50@gmail.com
To be eligible for a return, the item must either be unused or show clear manufacturing defects not caused by customer handling. The product must also be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
If your return is approved, it will be processed within 10 to 20 business days, depending on product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Size Exchanges Only
We offer size exchanges only if the return is approved and the requested size is available in stock.
If the requested size is not available, no refund or alternative compensation will be issued.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. This includes:
– Products purchased on sale
– Products that clearly state in their description that returns are not accepted

International Returns
We accept returns only from countries within the European Union. All international returns must meet the same conditions as domestic returns. Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo and/or video evidence of the issue via email.
Once approved, you will receive either a replacement or a full refund. In such cases, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement.

– We do not accept returns if the customer has changed their mind about the order.
– We do not accept returns for delivery delays caused by third parties.
